COOLING TENCEL

The optimal temperature for quality sleep is said to be between 17 to 20°C. This seems ‘near impossible’ in the hot summer weeks. However, TENCEL™ Lyocell bedding could come to your rescue, as its fibers were developed to withstand tropical nights. The material reduces perspiration, reduces moisture and promotes a cooling sensation that is typical for our lyocell and cotton blend fabric.

SUSTAINABILITY

TENCEL ™ Lyocell is made from wood from sustainably managed forests. The wood is further processed through a closed-loop organic process. This means that more than 99.8% of the substances produced are recycled, thus completely avoiding the generation of harmful wastewater.

“All the materials used in its production are reused, meaning there’s minimal waste. Also, Tencel manufacturing requires twenty times less water than cotton!” explains Lejaan co-owner, Jan Bartoš.

Lyocell fiber is naturally moisture-wicking, excellent at regulating body temperature and helps reduce night sweats. The fibers are structured to effectively absorb water and keep it moving, so you’ll feel dry and enjoy a comfortable night's sleep.
