How to Return Products

Need to return a Lejaan product? It’s free, simple and easy! The free return period is 14 days. In case of questions, do not be afraid to contact our customer service at customerservice@lejaan.cz or +420 722 920 930.

Step 1: Fill Out an Order Return Form

Fill out the Return Form that came with your order. Tick the product and number of items you want to return.

You’ll also find a link to our Return Form in your order confirmation email. Registered customers can access the Return Form in My Account by clicking on ‘My Orders’.

Step 2: Pack Your Return

We can only accept back unused and unwashed items, ideally in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, simply place the items in a different box. Make sure your package is carefully sealed and taped for safe shipment. Always enclose the Return Form in your returns package.

Step 3: Drop Your Package at Zasilkovna

Post your items free of charge at any Zásilkovna submission point. When asked by staff for the unique 8-digit return code, give 958 846 35 and remember to take and keep the mailing receipt. Make sure your parcel meets the Zásilkovny parcel size and weight limits. (https://www.zasilkovna.cz/jak-zabalit-zasilku).

We’ll do all the rest. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your returned items arrive back to us. Your refund will be processed in the shortest possible time, within a maximum of 30 days.
